That drive in me, so hard to explain
The urge to help people who wish to complain
They wish to complain, not to receive help
To wail and to gnash, to bleat and to yelp
To explain to me why they can’t help themself

That drive in me, over time is diminished
For I’ve offered that help, and when I have finished
– well, you will well know what it is that they do
And their plea for help I will now eschew
For my helping complainers is now all quite through
